Welcome to Ups Blog!
Ups Blog is a free blogger site which is for the purpose of sharing ideas opinions and know-how. You can access through the web and through any number of device types (e.g., desktop, laptop, tablets, and smartphone devices) that you choose.
This document, the Terms of Service (“Terms”), outlines the terms regarding your use of our blogger site. These Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Ups Blog so please read carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not subscribe or use any of the Services.
By using, accessing or browsing Ups Blog Service and products including applications, mobile, software, websites or other properties owned or operated by Ups Blog or by subscribing to Ups Blog ( “Services”) you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms for the Services provided by Ups Blog (“Ups Blog” or “we”).

You acknowledge your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and understand that it identifies how Ups Blog collects, stores, and uses certain information.

If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you via the Services. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using and cancel your subscription. YOUR ACCOUNT
Certain aspects of the Services may require you to obtain a subscription access by completing a subscription form. When subscribing with Ups Blog, you must: (a) provide your current email on the subscription form and (b) maintain such information so it continues to be true, current and complete.

Only you may use your Ups Blog Service and you are responsible for your subscription. CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND SOLICITATION
By signing up for Services, you understand that we may send you (including via email) information regarding the Services, such as: (a) newsletter updates and new features or products; and (b) notices about your use of the Services, including notices of violations of use.
Materials emailed to you will be considered given and received when the email is sent. If you don't consent to receive newsletter updates electronically, you must stop using or unsubscribe the Services.

We don't control, verify, or endorse the Content that you or others put on the Services. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS AND REMOVAL POLICY
Ups Blog respects the intellectual property of others and will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the law. We reserve the right to delete or disable Content alleged to violate copyright laws or these Terms and reserve the right to terminate the subscription(s) of violators.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
You agree you will not, nor will you encourage others or assists others, harm the Services or use the Services to harm others. For example, you must not use the Services to harm, threaten, or harass another person, organization or Ups Blog.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time in our sole discretion. You understand that if your account is suspended or terminated, you may no longer have access to the Content that is stored with the Services.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Ups Blog.
Ups Blog has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Ups Blog shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
UPS BLOG PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All contents of the Site and Services including but not limited to logo, design, text, software, technical drawings, configurations, graphics, other files, and their selection and arrangement and Ups Blog Confidential Information belong to Ups Blog, and/or its affiliates. Ups Blog owns and reserves all right, title and interest in and to the Services and all hardware, software and other items used to provide the Services, other than the rights we expressly grant to you to use the Services and Ups Blog Information. No title to or ownership of any proprietary rights related to the Services or Ups Blog Information is transferred to you pursuant to these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
